What if it falls out?
Don't panic! It may take a little time to get used to Ballzy. Like any muscle in the body, your pelvic floor needs strength to be able to both contract and release fully.
Let's Go:
Week 1: Start by determining your pelvic floor goals and focus. Practice your breath and connection using the videos in our free class library, where you’ll also find different Sample Starter Week options to match your goals. Be sure to focus on both release and contraction. We recommend wearing your Ballzy for up to 15 minutes a day, 3x per week, with a rest day in between.
Once you are confident releasing and engaging your pelvic floor, you can build to 60min 3-4x week, or try more challenging activities, or switch to the next weight.

Goal: Feel your pelvic floor muscles, Tone them with functional strength- both contract AND release, Integrate your breath and pelvic floor muscles into full core engagement.
