How to get started.

From unboxing to putting in your first ball, this video covers how to get started now that your balls have arrived. Let's go!

What if it hurts?

Never force Ballzy in or out. 

Inserting Ballzy for the first time might take a bit of concentration. If you feel pain, your pelvic floor may be used to being in a contracted or "hypertonic" state. It's ok, this is pretty common.

Try to relax in order to insert Ballzy. If you aren't quite relaxed enough it may be tricky to get it in. We created an audio meditation to help.

 
 

What if it falls out?

Don't panic! It may take a little time to get used to Ballzy. Like any muscle in the body, your pelvic floor needs strength to be able to both contract and release fully. 

What if it's too easy? 

It's not always about the weight of the ball.  This video will teach you more about connecting to the feel of Ballzy no matter the weight.

 

Ready to dive in?

Once you've picked your starting ball, wash with hot water (not boiling) and soap.

FOLLOW THIS SIMPLE 3-STEP PROCESS

STEP 1

Apply water based lube if needed. Breathe and relax  all pelvic floor muscles. Slide Ballzy inside vagina like a tampon with the loop facing downward for easy removal. 

STEP 2

Exhale to hug and lift Ballzy up against gravity.

 

 

 

STEP 3

You're now feeling your body, strength and power!  Wear it on the go, or try our classes with Ballzy.

 

Let's Go:

Week 1: wear up to 15min a day 3x, skip a day between.  
 
Build to 60min 3-4x week, or try more challenging activities, or switch to the next weight. 
Avoid clinching, gripping, or holding your breath
Goal: Feel your pelvic floor muscles, Tone them with functional strength- both contract AND release, Integrate your breath and pelvic floor muscles into full core engagement.
