MEET THE FOUNDER
Wendy Puckett
I’m driven by a passion for helping people discover their inner strength and confidence from the inside out.
I created Ballzy® because I believe true power starts at the core – physically and mentally – and is activated through breath, pelvic floor engagement, and a regulated nervous system. When you learn how to connect all of this, everything changes.
My journey into this work didn’t come from one moment, it evolved through different chapters of life.
As a lifelong athlete and Division I runner at the University of Colorado, I understood discipline, performance, and pushing limits. After college, I worked in sports marketing at Nike and PowerBar, where I saw firsthand that people are most creative, driven, and powerful when they feel confident and connected in their bodies.
But even then, I hadn’t fully accessed my own deepest strength, the kind that comes from integrating breath, core, mindset and movement.
Postpartum was my first real wake-up call. I felt strong on the outside, but disconnected from my foundation. Later, through life's challenges, and navigating menopause, I experienced that loss of tone, elasticity, and energy again, this time on a deeper level. I had to rebuild not just my body, but my connection to myself.
At the same time, I was building a fitness community in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where I owned and operated a Pilates, Yoga, and Fitness studio for over 20 years. I worked with a wide range of clients – from athletes and high performers to new moms, individuals recovering from injury, and women navigating all of life's different transitions.
Across all of these experiences, I saw the same pattern: strong, capable people showing up, doing all the workouts… but still not feeling truly connected, stable, or confident in their bodies.
And during COVID, it became even more clear, when people are stressed or overwhelmed, they lose connection to their breath, their bodies, and their core.
I realized the missing link wasn’t more effort, it was a deeper connection starting at their deep core pelvic floor muscles.
To solve this in my own body, and for the women I was working with, I created the Ballzy Method: a system that combines a physical tool for real-time sensory feedback and toning, precise cueing for deep core engagement, and mindset and movement practices to help women find, feel, and ignite their inner strength.

THE BALLZY METHOD
Deep Core Confidence
At the center of this method, is the integration of breath, core activation patterns, and pelvic floor engagement- working together to support how you move, perform, and feel.
When these systems are connected and coordinated, you don’t just get stronger, you feel more grounded, more stable, and more confident in your body. You experience less tension, more ease, and a sense of support from the inside out.
This foundation supports everything from lower abdominal tone, balance, stability, to athletic performance, bladder control, digestion, and intimate wellness.
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about learning how to connect and use your body differently.
It’s time to feel grounded, powerful, and fully alive.
It’s time to Be Ballzy.
